I was referred to John by my parents who he helped. Since seeing John he has helped me cope with things in my daily life. He doesn’t make you feel judged. I highly recommend him.
Biblically sound but preached to my wife and I over 60% of our session. Cut my wife off and spoke over her multiple times when she disagreed with him. Said he wanted to save us time and money getting to the root of our issues in our first session and our discomfort in the process meant we held unconfessed sins and unforgiveness. Felt very unsafe. Red flag when he said his virtual platform was FaceTime or WhatsApp, spoke poorly of therapy, and medication for mental issues were not good.
John’s sincerity, speaking the truth in love, and wise counsel has been life giving for my wife and I. As a result, God has used John to help my wife and I move towards healing in our marriage.
