Want to get ripped off? Call Harvest Equipment in williston for service. The technician was 2 hours late, there for 1.25 hours and charged me for 3.5 hours. It was less than 15 miles from their store so even including an hour for drive time it still doesn't add up. Joe, their service manager was super rude on the phone and claimed the bill was justified due to the amount of time it took the technician to put away his tools. This is the second John Deere lawn tractor that I've purchased from these Harvest Equipment Williston guys. The sales department experience, both times, was great. The service experience is very sketchy. I bought my mower during April and the first time I used it to mow my lawn, May 17, 2015 the drive belt came off during the first fifteen minutes of using the machine. Don't recommend asking advice or help from front desk. The lady is in the lap of the sales men instead of at the front desk
