I've been seen within minutes of my appointed time on every visit. All of the people there were courteous, I was informed of what was happening every step of the way. It was explained in terms I easily understood. They know what they are doing, and they do it well. I was made to feel comfortable and treated with respect from the time I entered to the time I left.
