I had a very bad experience trying to sell and rent my property at 8566 Hollywood Blvd with Jesus Hernandez-Ball. I raised these concerns with him multiple times, verbally and in writing, before posting this review. Neither Jesus nor his broker provided any written response refuting my claims or accepting responsibility. Lack of transparency and dishonesty about listing metrics: I repeatedly asked for screenshots from Zillow and Realtor.com showing my address, views, saves, contacts, and rental applications.
