I first saw Dr. Schwankhaus in mid-1990’s, I was referred to him by other physicians. He was in charge of the SWNC. He was so confident and reassuring to me that I was going to be ok. And thanks be given to God, the doctor was correct.
Dr Schwankhaus is a Great Dr who took care of me after a TBI in 1995. He Started seeing me in 1997 & was very informative on my progress and he was very motivating. Excellent Dr !!!!! Thankyou DR Eric C Young
Dr. John is the BOMB!
My experience with Dr. Schwankhaus was fantastic doctor I have ever work with. I was bed bedridden in year 2002, I was sent to him by the surgen that put me there. Thinking my life was over I didn,t think I had a Changes to come back. John spend a hour with and then said Son I'm going to put you back on your feet. And he made good on what he said. Thank you Mr. Schwankhaus. Corrie
My experience with Dr. Schwankhaus was wonderful; he listened and was helpful. However, I found it troubling that I was not allowed to talk to him by telephone to ask follow-up questions. His nurse was very unhelpful, unpleasant, and uninformative. I would not recommend Dr. Schwankhaus for this reason.
