Just wanted to thank the stuff to willing to help me with scheduling app for my daughter for consultation for closed nose fracture, even though Dr John Rachel was overbooked. They were willing to find the way to squeeze me in . I tried so many ENT specialist and there was no that kind of understanding and willing to help just - “nothing available before end of September sorry”. I would suggest this office because they really care about patients and are professional and polite. Thank you ones again ♥️
I had deviated septum surgery with Dr. Rachel on 8/14 in Glenview, and the entire experience was excellent. Dr. Rachel was very upfront, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable going into surgery.
