Fantastic, great Doctor, and a wonderful staff. If you leave this Dr not knowing what’s going on with your eyes you have no one to blame, except yourself! He explains what’s going on, if you don’t understand all you need to do is ask!
I have diabetesII so my vision is complicated. Dr Phillips has handled things well. Recommended by previous opthalmologist.
