Doctor Miller and his PA Rachael repeatedly refused to treat me for an illness that has affected me since childhood and that has now disabled me as adult. On more than one occasion he made me feel guilty for tests I couldn't afford at the time, refused to refer me out to specialists and physical therapists, and in his notes he made me out to be hysterical.
