In May 2010 I stumbled and fell and badly fractured and dislocated my two formerly perfect front teeth. I was devastated and inconsolable. I've been a patient for probably 10 years now. They do great work, but it is a little depersonalized in a sort of assembly line style (but this is why they do it well - everyone does their specific thing). I've had a few crowns and they are comfortable and beautiful. It would be nice, though, if they would walk you through all the procedures you have to go through before they start the first one, e.g. Visit 1: Root canal, 2: shape for post and impression, 3: get post and impression, 4: get crown and shape. Great dentist, but expensive, and lots and lots of waiting time!
I've been a patient for about 2 years now. I had 2 crowns done on my frount teeth about 7 years ago at another dentist and they never felt right. They we're way too big compared to my other teeth and there was a black shadow on the top by the gum. I had them replaced last year and I couldn't be happier. I even met the lab guy. They made my new crowns so they matched my other teeth. I had all my teeth whitened 1st and you can't tell the difference between the crowns and the reg teeth.
