In my initial visits with Dr. Ledbetter, I found him to be brusque and arrogant, but I stayed with him because I thought I could get by with brief referrals and telmed visits. But a recent visit made my decision easier. No handshake, gloved fist-bump or genuine hello. Just a corporate, "What's going on?" He save my life, I was going to Dr for years of chest pain and shortness of breath and all dr’s thought I was crazy and sent me to a psychiatrist. I saw Ledbetter one time and told him symptoms and like that I need a quadruple heart bypass. Thank you for saving my life
Annual visit he’s friendly, attentive, seems genuine every visit, very thorough :)
Dr Ledbetter is a great physician. He does not rush, he listens to you and asks relevant questions without making assumptions. He discusses his recommendations and makes you a part of the decision making process…the way doctor/patient relationships should be.
Coming from a family with very qualified and recognized Medical Doctors in both sides, I guarantee you that Dr. Ledbetter must be considered as the best Doctor I have had in the USA or anywhere else. His auscultation, his human and professional approach, his interest on the patients and knowledge are his superb characteristics
Very rushed. Didn't take time to review my chart prior to checkup appointment. Had to remind him of a follow up for a potentially fatal disease. Ordered unnecessary tests. Quite frankly, Dr. Ledbetter does not have a lot on the ball and doesn't appear to care. Just another cog in the industry that shuffles 'em in and out. Tried calling for an appointment for a wellness check. Ended up on hold 4 different times and got kicked out of the queue after 5 minutes. Then was informed that they no longer do wellness checks. Does not care about his patients.
Great family doctor. Started seeing Dr. Ledbetter when he was a PA and will continue to see him until he is no longer in practice. I have never been disappointed in care provided. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems scheduling same day appointments when needed. Always seen promptly and never sat in waiting room too long. Would definitely recommend Dr. Ledbetter to friends and family.
Dr. Ledbetter has been my primary care doctor for 12 years. Friendly and Professional. I cannot imagine going to another practice.
