My mother is out of her medication, and the doctor will not approve refills until she sees him 2 weeks later. Horrible, staff is not helpful!!! Definitely will not recommend him!!
Made an appointment in my chart that was canceled because I was on Medicaid that I didn't realize had started. I had submitted my blue cross blue shield insurance card that wasn't looked at. I was just told "sorry" by the MA. No one tried helping me with figuring out what happened.
