What a caring and wonderful doctor!
Before I went to receive services, I double checkrd to make sure my insurance card would work. The lady at the off front office said yes. I was billed full price and my insurance was never going to be allowed . Don't go here. They'll totally lie to you to scam you out of your money now I'm going blind in my left eye and have to reschedule all my surgeries with a healthcare provider that will work. I contacted Patient Services they said tough luck.
