I was under Dr Fernandez's care for two years, and in those two years I never felt misunderstood, mistreated, or ignored-- and as a trans patient, that's rare. Dr Ferndandez and his office staff were always gracious, and even worked with me as best they could within the UCLA medical system to continue care for an interim period when my insurance changed right before a return visit for a chronic condition. Anyone, but especially any trans person in the LA area, would be lucky to receive care from this team.
Dr. Fernandez including everyone at UCLA Health are the BEST! I am very happy and satisfied for the care they provide to me. I am a healthcare provider myself and quite peculiar to the kind of care I receive due to my health complications. I am grateful to be with UCLA's finest group of doctors for my personal health needs.
