In December of 2020 I sold my business and retired. I paid all the capital gains and moved on. It takes a year or so to settle into retirement and just when I thought I was getting there the IRS sent me a letter that I owed them taxes on commissions paid to the new buyer. I had an opportunity to talk with John after reading an article that he wrote about internet fraud cases.
