Dr Douthit calls you himself with your test results, and is always concerned if your numbers are low and tells you what you can do to improve them. The staff is really nice, not a long wait time. I would recommend him to any one who needs a great family Dr.
I've been seeing Dr. Douthit for many years. He's a different kind of doctor but I like that. I don't feel I am being rushed in and out of the office as so many do now days and I like that he takes his time to think things through, discuss things with me and then come up with a plan for treatment.I especially like Janice on his staff too andI plan to keep seeing him for years to come!
Dr D was recommended to me by a childhood friend. He is patient, caring, and kind. I was not insured at one of my visits and he waived the fee. I have since moved my family to his practice. He has called me back personally, to give me advice regarding my child’s condition. We live away from his office but choose to make the drive to see him.
Dr. Douthit is very thorough and caring. He is a bit quiet, but overall a great doc! His nurse seems to have great days and then other days she seems very short-tempered. We moved all of our family here. We got tired of previous doctors' offices having docs come and go with no explanation and ended up as a number, not a person. John truly cares for his people!
Dr Douthit cares about his patient's health & wellbeing & does his best to get to the bottom of what's going on with their health. I'm a patient of Dr Douthit and I get to many e-mails on dietabic eye exams after the fact I've gone to get the exam and also about my mamogram too. Some times his asst is a little rude but all in there good guys.
This doctor is the real thing. A Doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He is thorough and keeps up-to-date with the latest medical advancements. Some of my family members are also patients of Dr. Douthit's and are more than satisfied with his professional care. I highly recommend Dr. Douthit and his highly professional staff. Special shout out to Linda and Cara - caring, professional and proficient.
Dr. Douthit is an awesome doctor. He takes a personal interest in my health and is excellent in personal follow up - whether it be test results or just to find out how you are feeling. My Mother is a new patient of Dr. Douthit and recently when she came to see him because she was ill, he took the time a few days later to call her at home to see how she was doing. I've had excellent experiences with every appointment with Dr. Douthit. He's been respectful, understanding, knowledgeable and he makes sure I'm alright after every appt. If I have questions he will take as long as I need in order to make me feel confident. I've spent many times in hospital and whenever I've told them who my primary doctor is, all have said he is a fantastic one!!!! I would recommend him to any family or friend!!!
