I see that this doctor has moved practices so I want to leave a word of warning! I got surgery with Dr. Burgoyne in Washington to fix my deviated septum and to minorly change my nose cosmetically. It was my first surgery so I didn’t recognize the red flags, like the fact that he wasn’t able to provide any reference photos of his previous work. Dr. Burgoyne has done a lot of work for me and everything has been top notch! I also enjoy his personal demeanor. I'm thankful I found you and was able to get a quick appointment. They made things easy to get rolling quickly.
Receptionist and medical assistant was very nice but the low rating is for the doctor himself. He was over 30min late and my actual appointment with him was probably 5min or less. He wasn't helpful, didn't give me any input on my issue and was very nonchalant the entire time. I wouldn't recommend, I feel like I wasted my time and money for this appointment.
Dr. Burgoyne is a wonderful doctor. I came to see him with what I thought was a major hearing issue but resolved my issue while explaining to me the details calmly. His staff is fantastic! The friendliest nursing staff that I have ever met. I had a work meeting which overlapped towards the end of my appointment on a Friday and his intake receptionist stayed and let me take my meeting in the sitting area after my appointment. Above and beyond Dr. B and his staff. 10 ⭐️
