Dr. Burgoyne is truly the best.
Billing needs to be more transparent and upfront - my husband had an outpatient procedure and they don't tell you upfront what it will cost despite having your insurance for months in the system way ahead of appointment.
Having to communicate in public is the last resort and unfortunately that seems to the only avenue. I spoke with Nina 2 months ago about being billed close to $2000 for an outpatient procedure - she assured me it will be take care of as I already paid ~$400 for lab-work. Now my calls are also not returned while whoever is managing google reviews asks me to contact the office. At this rate it will end up in collections, and I might end up another statistic in the long history of medical related financial victims plaguing this... read more
Doctor is excellent with his treatment but I'm having unexpected billing issues that I've discussed with the office manager more than a month back that they said will be resolved but it's still in the same situation - overcharging me for an outpatient procedure. I wish I had read reviews before I went in - I just took my PCP's referral for granted- big mistake it looks like. I'm hoping the doctor's office can help here.
