I have been seeing Dr. BEELITZ since 2016. He was a very caring doctor until recently. I know he has expanded maybe too much and as for the help he hired it dont seem they know what there doing and are for the most part RUDE to patients. There was a time you could talk to Dr. Beelitz on the phone No more. I have run out of meds and have been trying to get them filled but there being called in to the wrong pharmacy and there not giving the proper info for pre authorizations. Dr. Beelitz is in a class of his own! I’ve been seeing him for many years and must say a lot of physicians can learn so much from the way Dr. Beelitz treats his patients without judgement but care, understanding and compassion. I don’t trust many doctors but his knowledge of pain control and procedural technique is superb and should be the Gold standard of pain management! DR Beelitz is a wonderful doctor with the knowledge and ability to treat you with respect to your individual needs. He is a no nonsense doctor who visually reviews every aspect of your pain and a plain to help you. Many doctors do not even bother looking at you let alone give you visuals as Dr. Beelitz does. Just in the first few weeks Dr. Beelitz really helped me treat my pain and gave me options that I never knew about from other doctors. Dr Beelitz is definitely one of a kind. You will not find a more caring doctor. He truly listens and works hard to find solutions that are geared to one's needs. He is also available and reachable when needed which is an A++ in my book. The staff are great as well. Very kind and polite. They are a joy to work with. Dr. Beelitz and his staff are professional and caring. Together they make a great team and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Beelitz answers all questions and takes the time to really listen to you concerns which I find rare these days. He always returns phone calls and goes out his way to help. I would highly recommend him!
