Selling to John D'Angelo Real Estate was a great experience! Paul, John's brother, was very well prepared on our first meeting. He explained my options and the resulting revenue from those options. Very approachable personality so easy to discuss questions with. No pressure at any time through the whole process. Their purchase offer was given the first day we met. No wavering with " about " this price....Just very simply "we can offer this amount" with neighborhood info to support the offer. Very fair price and quick process... read more
