We had our home built from 4 hours away and were very nervous. Let me tell you, Patricia and John were a Godsend and it such a smooth process!!! They are ALL IN when they build a house. They are on site, efficient, responsive, and your home will be built the way it should! You don't need to have your eyes constantly on the project because they will make sure it is done right! We toured so many homes of other builders before choosing John Cutler Builders. Their work is impeccable. They are also extremely talented with design.... read more
John Cutler Builder was an answer to my prayers. John and Pat were on top of every aspect of our build 5 years ago and still today if I have any issues all I have to do is give them a call and they are there for any help we need. My home is so beautiful and comfortable and they guided the choices we made and their advice gave two aging people great comfort. They take pride in the work they do and are fully involved in every aspect of the work and when it’s completed it is done very well. I’m so happy with their work. Thank y... read more
