Absolutely outstanding realtor!!! We used him to sell 2 homes at the same time. One home had a zoning issue and he contacted the village and helped us through all of that. The other house had its own issues and lots of them and he went above and beyond to help get it sold. His photographer takes amazing photos and John gets the property listed quickly. John did an amazing job getting to know us! After looking at a couple of houses and seeing what we wanted, what we didn’t want and more we were able to find the perfect house! John was always patient with our questions and gave us the answers or told us who to ask when he didn’t know! I would recommended John to friends and family if they start house searching!
John was fantastic throughout our long, complex sale! We sold a house while living 2 hours away with limited time to travel back and forth and John did everything in his power to accommodate our situation. He was always available to speak to and eager to help. We had a few snags and hang ups that he helped us navigate, all the while keeping his professionalism. Highly recommend!
