we've had John as our realtor for 5yrs now . The first time the house fell through on our end but he showed us great houses and we really liked them. so in the future from that time we were ready to buy a house again and we referred back to John and he did a great job and we bought a house this time. thank you John. it was great doing business with you guys. John was great! He got us a really great deal and was always responsive to our questions and requests. We’ll definitely use him again in the future.
Absolutely outstanding realtor!!! We used him to sell 2 homes at the same time. One home had a zoning issue and he contacted the village and helped us through all of that. The other house had its own issues and lots of them and he went above and beyond to help get it sold. His photographer takes amazing photos and John gets the property listed quickly. John did an amazing job getting to know us! After looking at a couple of houses and seeing what we wanted, what we didn’t want and more we were able to find the perfect house! John was always patient with our questions and gave us the answers or told us who to ask when he didn’t know! I would recommended John to friends and family if they start house searching!
