I went to see Dr Cottam 3-4 times. Office tried to charge me $$$ for every visit, even after I explained to them I was 100% covered because I met my deductible—every time. The Dr. would then throw his hands up and say he didn’t have time to deal with insurance talk, and walk out of the room. My original review was deleted but my experience with this doctor was so horrible that I’ve decided to resubmit my experience And will continue to do so, so that everyone knows how was treated. My first appointment with him was brief before he told me that I had traction alepicia due to the fact that “wore my hair in tight braids” and that there was nothing he could do to help me.
