We met John in the early stages of our house hunting at an open house he was hosting. While we did not have a realtor at that moment, we had plenty of people we were considering. John was great to work with! I got a voicemail from a cold call and followed up because of the positive reviews I saw online. He’s a very aggressive realtor, which is a real positive! We got our new house for under asking and sold our old house for over asking! We got lucky finding something we liked before we met with John, and he moved very quickly to get us a tour and an offer in that same day.
