The most unprofessional service I’ve ever received from a real estate agency or any business in general. My partner called to reschedule a house inspection because I am working night shift. She was calm and professional throughout the call, yet I then received a call from Jane, who not only rudely dismissed my partner’s input on the basis that she is not on the lease, but also blatantly lied claiming that my partner had been abusive toward her staff.
