Dr Conn appears to be competent doctor on the surface. Put to the test, he did an arterial bypass on my husband’s left leg. The surgery took 9 hours and there were at least 3-4 different doctors besides him in the operating room. My husband was 77 but healthy and fit for his age. He had approximately 30 staples from his left groin to his left ankle. He developed a hole in one incision that eventually caused him to go septic.
