I walked in John’s office on a day 3 months ago with little knowledge of him because I just randomly check information online. A short talk with him after, I made a decision to pick him as our realtor. Today, after 3 months, I purchased a beautiful new house and sold our old house. All went very smoothly. John and his team were exceptional In helping my sister and I list my mother’s condo in Malvern after she passed away this past spring. John helped us focus on the essentials to get the place ready for sale and took care of all the details for us - which really made a stressful and tough time for us a lot easier. Before I knew it, we had multiple offers and John guided us through everything from listing to settlement. Thank you to the John Collins team!
John and staff were a pleasure to work with. They were totally professional and extremely responsive throughout the whole process. He had all the proper connections to resolve any issue which arose in a timely manner. He was determined to do the best for my husband and I and we were very pleased with everything from our first interview until closing. Since we had to move before closing he and staff checked on our house frequently to assure nothing was amiss. He has a great photographer which makes a big difference in present... read more
John helped us through a complicated situation of selling a family member’s house. He did so with tremendous understanding. He advised us through a summer of renovations and gave us great tips on areas to focus on. When it came time to sell the house he priced it perfectly and it sold the first weekend it was on the market. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend using John whether you’re selling or buying. He is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional.
