I contacted and purchased the vehicle from Brisbane site unseen. Melissa made the transaction and experience easy with no stress needed. All details and condition of the vehicle were exactly as stated or if not better. From Brian picking me up at the Cairns airport to driving away with my new vehicle a few hours later , Melissa and the team really made the whole process run smooth and pain free.

I booked this service online about a month ago, but my booking date was changed without any prior notice, with the explanation that it was fully booked. I found this very unprofessional. I still went on the rescheduled date, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. The glove box was left open and not properly secured, yet I was told to come back the next day because the staff needed to finish work and leave.
