Dr. Clough is highly thoughtful, intelligent, carefully listens and includes the patient in the process of providing the highest level of care. I felt in the best of hands in Dr.Clough's care and confident with his approach. His staff were very professional, engaging and pleasant. From the front office staff to the nurses and assistants, everyone was caring.
You get a welcoming feeling from check-in to check out. And the level of care is exceptional. Dr. Clough and his staff have walked me through this up coming procedure from the very beginning. I'm very confident about this outcome because his first surgery went well beyond what is expected with the lower lumber. This being the cervical we have the same level of confidence.
Such a great experience from checking in to seeing Dr. Clough! Everyone was so nice. Dr. Clough is amazing! Obvious he is very intelligent, compassionate, and has a wonderful personality! It does take time to get in to see him, but that is how it is when they are good at their job!
I very much enjoyed Dr. Clough. He explained the back and sciatic nerve issues that I’m having and the procedures I will be having.
