From the front desk to being seen by the doctor, everyone I came into contact with were very professional, patient and very helpful.
Dr. John Chan explained my surgery procedure @ appt. before surgery, called me nite before to see if I had more questions , visited me before surgery & called me after surgery to find out how I was doing. This is very unusual for a surgeon to do ---I very much appreciated that attention.
