I just tried to call and get a quote for homeowners insurance. I was led through a labyrinth of robot questions, and accessed a human briefly—who sent me back into robot land—only to end up at a disconnected number. I won't be wasting my time trying again.
Geico stole over 1000 dollars from me and refuse to reimburse me. I canceled my insurance with them in October of 2023 only to find 02/24 that they're still taking my money. So I call again and they promise to get it canceled only to find that in April they're still deducting premiums!!! Now they're stating that we should have notified them ahead of time that we were changing insurance! Hello?! I called 3 times to get it canceled! Geico is a scam.
