Amanda or whoever was working today around 2:54 pm had a very bad attitude. The customer service here is horrible. I won’t never recommend this place.
I made the mistake of requesting a geico quote online. It was a terrible deal, so I thought I could ignore it and move on. Overbearing and repetitive spam messages since, including one requesting I leave a review. Stop contacting, I never asked for it!
Always have been great to work with. They seem to be more responsive than the other carrier I’ve had.
I just tried to call and get a quote for homeowners insurance. I was led through a labyrinth of robot questions, and accessed a human briefly—who sent me back into robot land—only to end up at a disconnected number. I won't be wasting my time trying again.
