My and my son’s first appointment with Dr. Chastain was outstanding. He and his assistant were kind enough to squeeze in my appointment after my son’s, and I was very appreciative for that. He was very thorough with both of us and had a great personality. The office itself is large, modern, and bright with a very attentive staff.
My surgical outcome from paranasal squamous cancer has been excellent. It was completed by Dr Chastain over a year ago and all is well so far. Highly recommended.
I was having severe side effects from my allergy med "Fluicasone Propionate and Salmeterol" and was referred by my family doctor to Dr. John Chastain at Tucson ENT on Orange Grove. I made my reservation on-line and took a print out of the Res with me. Upon going to the "Tucson ENT" office the receptionist said she had no record of my (first) visit. After I showed her my print-out of my reservation, she said "oh yes, pls take a seat and wait", which I did for 30 minutes before being called in to see Dr. Chastain. OK, so good.... read more
Monday April 8th 2024 my wife called her after 2 weeks of waiting for an order to Radiology to be put in she was told by Becky that it was already put in my wife called Radiology they checked all of the orders plus all of the backlog orders and there was nothing there for my wife she then called back Becky and said she would put in another order for my wife and if there was any problems to call Elizabeth she gave my wife Elizabeth's extension number which wasn't even her extension number so my wife called scheduling and was ... read more
Dr. Chastain is an incredible man, doctor and surgeon. He has improved my quality of life greatly by treating my chronic sinusitis with various treatments I never knew existed. He recently discovered a growth on my thyroid with his bare hands! It was later discovered the growth was cancer and Dr. Chastain stayed until 6 pm at a pre surgery appointment and drew out exactly what he would do during the surgery for me.
