Everything went smoothly and as planned
I have used P'tree Orthopedics for many years. I have recently needed foot surgery and Dr.John Chao is my physician, a member of P'tree Orthopedics. He is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable, professional, kind , listens and always answers my questions. I am progressing very well post op and very pleased with him and all of his staff. His expertize extends to foot and leg problems not as common as routine problems. So thankful I found him. Highly reccommmend.
I’m very disappointed with the bunion surgery from Dr Chao. I had a large bony growth that he said he could shave down but 6 months after the surgery the bump is still there. Now I have to find another doctor and pay for another surgery to remove the bump. Not happy.
My experience with Dr. Chao and the staff of Peachtree Orthopedics was absolutely amazing. They made a stressful situation practically stress-free. I was treated with compassion from start to finish. Dr. Chao explained the procedure and answered all of my questions, making sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I felt seen and heard. My only regret is not personally thanking him afterwards. I'm on my way to a speedy and complete recovery.
