This isn’t about Dr Chalk, I don’t personally see him. I see Dr Clavijo, however this post is in regard to the clinic and staff itself. The organisation and staff are incredibly! unhelpful, dismissive, not productive and never follow up on the tasks they say are ‘noted’. I’ve had multiple calls with them trying to organise refills or phone appointments (which is the only way to book the appointment) which are never followed through with. I saw him last week for legal IME. He was so nice to me and very wellcoming. All staff was nice to me. He has so much patience. He talked to me very nicely, calmly and I felt respectful. I still did not get the report through. However, I do not care about the report. I preferred respect and dignity, I got it and I am happy.
He saved my life.
I like Dr John Chalk, hes good at what he does, id highly recommend him and his treatment methods
