I saw Dr Chalk years ago. The man is a bully and wrote a completely contradictory report in which he I had to go elsewhere to get a revised report. After complaining to my GP I was advised that she wouldn’t be referring anyone to Dr Chalk anymore. I honestly can’t believe this guy is still allowed to practice!
I have been seeing Dr Chalk for a number of years and found him to be absolutely honest, kind, empathetic and a very dedicated clinician. I have little trouble getting appointments when I see him and would recommend him I unreservedly to any potential patients.
Dr. Chalk, thank you for all you have done for me. If it wasn’t for you there wouldn’t be a family with a father and husband. Thank you
