I arrived with the classic, "There's something wrong with my car, but I'm not sure what" statement hoping they could take a quick look. Realizing the issue was an easy fix (if you had the know how), John proceeded to not only get everything squared away, but also explained exactly what had been wrong and how to avoid the problem in the future. Very friendly and professional. We'll be taking our cars to John Chaks Auto for any future work.
Great guys! Knowledgeable and excellent at explaining what’s going on. I came in for an alignment and unfortunately couldn’t get everything back perfect, but they explained to me why it was not going to be a perfect job. Definitely coming back I know I will be taken care of every time!
We were so pleased with the work John and his team provided. It was pretty extensive engine work and not only was the work completed timely but everything was explained in a way we could understand. We won't be trusting our vehicles with anyone else.
