I have worked with the Celli team for more than a decade now and have had exemplary service. The communication with the team is friendly, fast, and they always work to resolve any questions or issues. They also provide top shelf furniture and service. This is a team you should strongly consider for any furniture project.
Terrible business. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Six months later and Im still trying to remedy the situation. It’s like pulling teeth to fix their many errors. You never speak to anyone, only through text, IF they feel like responding - it’s a nightmare. I paid in full and They still owe me furniture, they owe me repairs and they owe me money. Horrible experience. A few photos below don’t begin to show the poor craftsmanship. Think twice before trusting them.
