We recently changed doctors since Dr. Caswell was closer to where we lived. We scheduled an appointment to establish care and follow up on maintenance medication. There are 3 of us with an ADHD diagnosis with other co-morbidities. Evidently, we should all have been having repeated testing for these issues so that he can justify medications. Not only that but his staff called my husband to let him know that they wouldn't prescribe any medication until he had ANOTHER test done for his ADHD since the previous doctor didn't rete... read more
Unprofessional and his staff is rude also! Every time I had to have blood work done he never went over it with me he left it to his nurse. She was unable to answer most questions and he never got back to me. He made me feel like I was making things up and if I had problems with a medication he prescribed he treated me like I was an idiot.
I went to Dr Caswell recently. He is a wonderful doctor that tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. He has a comforting manner and is easy to talk to. His staff is excellent end went above and beyond to make sure I had medication I could afford. I highly recommend Dr Caswell.
He performed a colonoscopy on me and told me nothing was wrong. A few months later, I had to do a second colonoscopy with a GI, and was immediately diagnosed with sever Crohn’s disease. Do not go to Dr. Caswell for a colonoscopy.
My experience with Dr. Caswell has been positive. He responds to my symptoms and if no action is needed he explains why. He displays interest in my condition with and spends an appropriate amount of time learning my current situation.
Dr. Caswell was very professional, personable, explained everything very well, explained everything to my husband following my procedure. I really liked him and will definitely use him again. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
I have had Dr. John Caswell as my doctor for the last 10 years. I would definitely recommend him. He is my kids doctor as well. He has always made me feel comfortable. He has been there for my kids and me through some rough illnesses. I think only once has he misdiagnosed me, but it was a tricky one and when I went back for a follow up he quickly realized the mistake. I hope Dr. Caswell never leaves so he can always be our family doctor. Now the front desk people need to be nicer. For sure..
Dr. Caswell is a great doctor. After myself and my daughter visited countless other doctors for sinus infections and only got antibiotics each time, Dr. Caswell took the time to discover to root of the problem and work on fixing that. I felt like he actually cared about my health and didn't want keep throwing antibiotics at me so id keep coming back when the problem happened again. He always treats myself and myself and my daughter like family too.
He was very unprofessional at my appointment and did not make me feel comfortable whatsoever. I won't be recommending him to anyone and will stray anyone I know away from going to him.
