IV never actually spoken to John cash but he was my assigned agent his assistants are usually nice but they don't follow up with customers very well I even tried setting up life insurance I was forgotten about nobody ever got back to me till this day every time I needed assistance with something I got the run around when you first call they don't want to take down details for your request so you gotta wait t 3 to 7 business days to hear, back then when you do get a call back the other agent has no clue why they're calling yo... read more
They find every reason to go up on someone insurance policy. I left them years ago and will never return. I do not recommend this office for your insurance needs.
