Dr. Carper has been my PCP for the last quarter of a century. Even with my company switching insurance coverage from one provider to the next, I have at times endured the 'out-of-network' (read: out of my pocket) expense to keep Dr. Carper as my PCP. He has been a straight-forward, intelligent, caring and kind professional.
dr carper is by far the best doctor i have ever had in my life. he is very caring, soft spoken, profesional, and most important to me. he shows sincere concern. not all doctors always do that these days. i feel very lucky to have doctor carper as my physician. also HAPPY BIRTHDAY dr carper. god bless you.
