I have been seen to and treated by Dr. Kristian Novakovic, Urology Specialist, for a number of years. Dr. Novakovic is very personal with great bed side manners, but most importantly professional. Dr. Novakovic explains pre / post procedures and visits and makes me feel part of the treatments and decision. Very reputable specialty physician and I highly recommend him. The best service I ever experienced
Would give ZERO stars if I could. Over one week. Blood in urine, two ER visits, URGENT order from my Dr. to be seen by Urology.......ZERO response. Suffice to say. I already got a much SOONER appointment ELSEWHERE. Messages left, 5 phone calls. ZERO call back. Northshore? You just lost another patient. A DISASTER and a DISGRACE!
This is a terrible location. They never follow up and it's like pulling teeth to actually get information or in touch with a doctor. They are also completely unorganized. I recently showed up for a follow up and the doctor wasn't even there so I had to reschedule.
NO communication whatsoever. The absolutely the worst. Rude, disrespectful and no actual care for patient.
