I do not believe that the one and only review of this appraiser is another one with the same name. I have never heard of Lisa B.
In my 40 plus years of real estate and real estate investing, I've never encountered an appraiser with such complete disregard for the facts! He intentionally omitted income from my rental property. This inaccuracy caused me to lose my refinancing with my bank. I know Zillow isn't that accurate, but this Einsteins appraisal came it $200,000 less than Zillow!
