Youll find that older reviews are positive- back when they were actually a custom builder. But theyve taken on too many builds and dont have the processes in place to support the volume. Unfortunately recent performance has been miserable. Our build has been full of errors. Theyve gone through 4 project managers for our home and were still not finished. When we decided that we wanted to build our own home, we started by looking at model homes. We walked into a model built by John Cannon Homes and feel in love with it right away. We continue to look at models and existing home. We live overseas and took our time (5 years) to figure out the lot and type of home we wanted to build. Money well spent! Quality company and our PM is great. Glad we chose Cannon and really happy that we have been in Florida during construction so we could meet with Ken H. (our PM) as often as needed. Di and I are extremely happy with the quality, cleanliness of site, cooperation from JCH with making modifications and working with us as individuals. My husband and I have built several custom homes in the past and I must start with saying our experience with John Cannon and his team was by far the best. We started with Bob his sales agent who was excellent and progressed through our over a year long process with Nelson our supervisor, who was excellent went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and wishes.
