OFFICE STAFF VERY ROOD. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. VERY Insults
Dr Cameron is friendly, professional, empathetic. He explains things in plain English and set me at ease immediately. I certainly do recommend him.
The first words out of the front desk persons mouth was not Good Morning or Hello but said, “You have a $30.00 co pay” . The office staff is a nightmare. They not only double book and keep you waiting but triple book because only their time is valuable. They have you go from the poorest excuse of a waiting room to an even worse exam room and make you wait another 45 minutes claiming “Your next”. They lie right to your face!!! Appointment was moved from early morning to afternoon, although I prefer mornings it was moved to early afternoon which the traffic wouldn't be so bad. Then the day before my appointment I received a call again to cancel my appointment and reschedule to the 13th in the middle of rush hour traffic told them that this was unacceptable they then said that I would have to wait until the 18th if wanted an early morning appointment told them again that this was unacceptable that I could barely get my shoes on because of the pain f... read more
I like Dr Cameron very much but his office staff is horrible. Black gal up front is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL Was screaming today when I went in for an emergency. Will not return there with this staff but if Dr Cameron were to move to his own office I would go to him. WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS OFFICE. RUDE & ALWAYS OVER AN HOUR WAIT WITH APPT.
