Dr. Wu takes the time to explain and answer all questions/concerns. He’s a very caring and wonderful surgeon. Very happy with my shoulder replacement he performed.
10/10. He listened carefully, made me feel heard, and talked me through every aspect of what I was experiencing (with pictures, and even drawing a diagram on his own hand). My options were presented to me clearly and we were able to take steps towards managing my chronic pain. No notes, superb.
Dr Wu was wonderful. He thoroughly explained my procedure, and he was kind and professional during the entire process. I highly recommend him.
