I am very happy with Elan Dental! Estelle is very professional and helpful with checking in, insurance, and accommodating our appointments. Bethany does a wonderful job cleaning our teeth and is very knowledgeable about dental hygiene and any additional questions that we have. Dr. Sam has done a great job on our dental procedures. Today, as in all my previous visits, I received thorough preventive care from Courtney and she and Estelle were welcoming. The office is simply first class physically and staff wise.
The experience with Dr Kevin was good, crown prep! No pain! However, when I paid, Elan is now charging 3% to use credit cards! I have never been charged before! i said something, there is little sign on counter! my purse was in front of it! i should have been verbally told about this and Elan should have sent an email! I would have not used my credit card, written a check instead! Disappointing patient service PS The office manager just called and since, i wasnt informed is refunding the 3%!
