My family and I (12 people total) rented out one of John's properties (** ***** ******* ******** **) from 8/13-8/20/2016 just recently and had a very bad experience I wanted to warn everyone about. First of all, the property was supposed to have (and was advertised as having) 3 king beds - there were only 2. The home is a private home owned by a couple who uses our rental company to rent their home through the summer season. The tenants who have made these accusations actually walked through the home with one of our rental agents prior to booking the property. They were well aware of all aspects of the home prior to arriving. The home is a very old, Cape Cod antique home that was a former hotel.
