Used the Hamilton airport to fly to Halifax, and was extremely satisfied! The staff is really friendly and helpful and made the whole experience very easy and comfortable, even with travelling with a 3yr old and 8 month old. I have used Toronto Pearson several times, but after experiencing the awesome staff and ease of using this small airport, I will use Hamilton airport again!!
I found that the airport can handle the passengers like a big airport without having to walk miles to park and find convenianceses that are necessary for air travel .Best of luck in the future.
Amazing experience, easy parking, clean, friendly staff, great duty free!!! I can't believe I haven't used this airport before my trip in December. Even arriving back into Canada, there were 6 customs officers for 80 people so we flew through. I will always fly from here from now on!!!
I have never been in any airlines even in our country but this is truely amazing!!!two thumbs up!!
