This was my 1st time experiencing yiur airport. I prefer smaller more intimate airports like the Hamilton Airport, as it saves me time and checking my bag was a breeze. Security was quick and the staff was very pleasant. The only thing missing was a restaurant. I don't use Tim Hortons to eat, or drink. I like to go early, so I can relax after security, and know that I have plenty of time to catch my flight over a meal and a beverage.

This is the one true pleasure you can experience when traveling! No crowds, easy to get to and great service!! I am concerned that a desire to grow may take away from all of this but I hope that enough reviews like this one will get the message across to those planning tor bigger and better things! If you get a chance to travel to or from the Hamilton International Airport take it ... you won't be sorry!

The Hamilton airport is a great airport to fly out of. Quick and easy. But choosing New leaf airlines was a mistake. On the flight to Hamilton the bathrooms were covered in urine and the garbages were overflowing from the prior flight/flights. On the way back to Edmonton it was the same thing. I think I'll be flying WestJet next time.

That huge satellite terminal add on to terminal 3 at Pearson should have been built in Hamilton.

The people are extremely helpful and inviting. They make you feel comfortable especially for your first flight out.

I love the Hamilton airport. Small, convenient and happy service. Security is always a cinch and the security officers are always pleasant. I love the art and photography at the gate. The whole space is colourful and is generally calming. The only criticism I could offer was that when I was randomly selected for an extra search, your human-sized hadron collider did not send me back to 1963 nor did it give me any special powers. This is very disappointing as I was looking forward to telekinisis and liquid manipulation powers.
