Dr. McIver is a knowledgeable General Physician with good listening and communication skills --- and a very pleasant person.
Dr. McIver saw me on short notice. Sickness sometimes comes on quickly and I appreciated him giving me his time. I tested negative for covid and the flu. He provided me me relief with two prescriptions.
Satisfactory experience with physician and staff. Way too many surveys! I have had multiple requests via email and text to review this encounter. Ignoring the requests only seems to generate more surveys. This is not a car dealership, but a professional medical office. Stop the surveys and invest in other measures that improve patient experience further.
