Love Dr. Lovelace! Very quick appointment, and VERY friendly Doctor and receptionist. He will now be our family eye doctor! Thank you Dr. Lovelace
Very rude staff! I was told I would get my sons glasses in two weeks and it’s been well over a month going on two months and can’t get anyone to answer the phones.. then my 3 year old daughter was with me and they were talking about her. Told me I couldn’t go back with my 7 year old son cause my three year old daughter wasn’t wearing a mask and kept calling her “that girl out there”. I will never use this office again.

The female nurse or assistant had no idea how to adjust equipment for a 5 year old. Took her over 5 minutes, while my 5 year old daughter was fidgeting and squirming, and finally my daughter had to say "I'm getting tired", then the asisstant said, "well, we can make this work". Also, the doctor demanded my extremely small and hyper 5 year old wear a mask. Luckily, my daughter could feel my frustration, and she did not resist to the mask too hard. This was not a pleasurable experience.
