The Ultrasound lady is horrible,rude. We went for US neck and she was so rude to us. she was mad on us for no reason. She rushed the test and finally the doctor and radiologist asked us to repeat it because it was poor quality study. such a waste of time, money and resources. it's shame that Honor health let such people work for them . we will never get any thing done at this facility in the future.
I went to get an ultra sound back in December and paid in full. I received a refund two months later and thought I overpaid. Which is absolutely confusing because I just received a letter in the mail stating that they sent ME to collections for $10.87? I never had the courtesy of being warned about this bill. For this place to send me immediately to collections is absolutely ridiculous. These people are sneaky as hell, go get your medical assessments/treatments else where. What a joke.
