The nurses and hospitalists were great. Doctors timing: was bad. He made us wait12 hours to find out anything. Very stressful. But she is home for now and that is good.
Having a chronic illness you experience ER visits differently. Having been in a few times I found John c Lincoln deer valley to be one of the better ER's. The doctors and nurses are very well trained and capable. Thank you for treating me like a human being.
I had my left knee replaced here and they made a potentially horrible experience into a good one. Very attentive and caring staff make all the difference here.
I'm still here..But the did that courtesy call..You know..When they call you at home..To make sure your okay?.. so I told her ..When she asked if I needed anything..Yes I said..I'm in room 2408.. can you have the nurse bring me pain medication?..She said....Your not supposed to be here..? What are you doing?!! Lol
This doctors say they care about you. No they dont they care about the money. If u leave the hospital they wont let u and try to tell u they care about u but really if u leave thw hospital they loosing millions of dollars as soon as u walk out. So they tell my husband he needs surgery but doctor says he dont want to do surgery because hes to young. So what my hisband cant be able to walk he falls. And u want to send him home with just a pain killer for headache. Yea u guys make so much money off of us.
We took our baby to Mindy's place after a fall. They got us in immediately. The nurses and staff were great. They were gentle and patient with our little one. The only complaint was we didn't feel our physician we saw had the best bedside manner at first. We will definitely use this children's ER in the future if we need it.
